It is a pleasure to introduce myself to you.  I was born and raised along the Wasatch Front and graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Sociology "Go Utes."  I became interested in real estate at a young age and have always been intrigued by construction.  While looking at career options I considered Real Estate but caught the law enforcement bug and became a police officer.  I have been a police officer for 18 + years and have enjoyed every minute of it.  Currently I'm a Sergeant with the Salt Lake City Police Department assigned to the Liberty Patrol.  As I bought and sold a couple homes, my interest in real estate was renewed.  After working as a police officer for a number of years I knew that I had the ability to help others, so I decided that it was time to help others buy and sell Real Estate.  I now consider myself a dual career professional.

So you ask, why should I hire "Fred" to help me buy or sell my Real Estate?  Well, let me tell you why.  As a dual career real estate professional there is no pressure from me in any way.  I don't need to close a deal to make a car payment or to pay my mortgage.  We can take our time and make sure that you are getting the best deal possible and then some.  You or your real estate needs will never be ignored or delayed and if at any time you are not completely satisfied you can fire me. I take my job as your Realtor very seriously.  I don't want to be your Realtor just for this transaction.  I want to be your Realtor for all your transactions. 

I'm very involved in my community, I have served as an advisor to the Draper City Youth Council, as well as the Draper City Board of Adjustments and I am the the former Chair of the Draper Days 5-K fun run.  I love to run, bike and hike in the mountains and enjoy restoring motorcycles and remodeling homes.  My wife and I live in Draper, Utah and have a 5 year old daughter Abby and 3 year old twins Jack and Anna.
